Yes. We offer precision laser cutting, plasma cutting, and flame cutting based on your CAD drawings or specific size requirements.

4. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For standard stock items, our MOQ is 1 ton. For special customized grades or sizes, the MOQ typically ranges from 5 to 10 tons.

5. What is the typical lead time for an order?

Stock items are dispatched within 7 days. For custom production orders, the lead time is generally 15–30 days, depending on the complexity and volume.

6. Do you offer free samples?

Yes, we provide free A4-sized samples for material testing. The customer only needs to cover the international courier/express charges.

7.How do you prevent rust during sea freight?

We use standard seaworthy export packaging: rust-proof paper wrapping, metal corner protectors, and heavy-duty steel strapping on wooden or steel pallets.

8. What are your payment terms?

T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) or 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight. Flexible credit terms may be available for long-term partners.
